Members of the BEKC held an open forum on Tuesday, Jan. 11 which was open to the general public. Among the attendees were State Rep. Steven Cappelli, Lycoming County Humane Officer Larry Woltz, members from the SPCA, a local Veterinarian, and several other representatives from state and local government agencies.

Reporter David Thompson from The Williamsport Sun Gazette was on hand and wrote an article in the 1/12/05 edition of the newspaper.
