Rabies Clinic July 3 2004 Rabies Clinic Held At Liberty High School Over 200 rabies vaccinations were given to both cats and dogs by Dr. Kreager from Wellsboro, PA. BEKC volunteers were present to register the animals and assist where needed. With the increase in rabies cases reported in the County, we were glad to see so many concerned pet owners turn out to take advantage of this service. Thank you again Dr. Kreager.

Members of the BEKC held an open forum on Tuesday, Jan. 11 which was open to the general public. Among the attendees were State Rep. Steven Cappelli, Lycoming County Humane Officer Larry Woltz, members from the SPCA, a local Veterinarian, and several other representatives from state and local government agencies.
